Immediately upon entering, patients will be greeted by an Intake Coordinator who will determine the severity of their case. If approved, they will be called back by the Floor Manager who will begin treatment right away. If they are not approved, they will be referred to the Primary Care wing for further assessment.

Agents in Urgent Care provide acute care and treat at-risk Hosts from both Primary Care and Public Deployment, as well as public admissions. These agents are trained to commit threatening Branches and refer patients back to Primary Care to resume or begin treatment.

Urgent Care Services

Agents in Urgent Care provide acute care and treat at-risk patients from both Primary Care and Public Deployment, as well as public admissions. While Urgent Care agents are predominantly focused on addressing urgent Branches, they can also monitor patients after threatening Branches or help them recover.

Activity Monitoring

Performed by Traffic Coordinators

Patients who feel as if they are in danger of a Branch they know they aren’t prepared for can self-admit to Urgent Care and will be monitored for Vice activity by our Traffic Coordinators. If a Branch is initiated, our team is prepared to commit it in a timely manner.

Branch Remediation

Facilitated by Floor Managers • Performed by Branch Administrators

Patients with recently suspended Branches are at high risk of rogue Branches. In order to reduce the risk of rogue Branches, a subsequent Branch will be instigated by a Floor Manager and their team to properly address the Branch.

Branch Recovery

Performed by Branch Recovery Specialists

Properly committed Branches can still take a toll on the patient’s body. Our Branch Recovery Specialists can provide mild AV enhancement therapy for patients having trouble recovering after a committed Branch.
