Urgent Consult RequestsAll urgent matters should be handled through Urgent Care, including recently suspended Branches. Visit your nearest local Urgent Care to initiate the self-admission process. Don’t worry about finding the correct station. All Urgent Care offices treat any and all patients with urgent needs.

Non-Urgent Consult Requests - New PatientNew patients who have experienced recent Vice activity and are not in immediate danger can visit their local Primary Care for evaluation by a Record Proctor. To find your designated station, call (214) 877-8423 or send us an email at info@cvrs.com. Non-urgent matters can only be addressed by your designated CVRS station.

Non-Urgent Consult Requests - Established PatientEstablished patients who have experienced recent Vice activity and are not in immediate danger can visit their local Primary Care for evaluation by a Record Proctor. We offer an online chat feature through our patient portal to send questions to a member of our staff. The portal can also be used to schedule in-person or virtual appointments. Non-urgent matters can only be addressed by your designated CVRS station.
